At the Culinary Arts Program, we promote culinary skills via lessons in a state-of-the-art kitchen led by a chef. Culinary lessons include food preparation, knowledge of cuisine, shopping, planning, menu coordination, cleanliness, safety, hygiene and nutrition. The Culinary Arts Program also offers an opportunity to enhance integration via various volunteer sites (senior shopping, horse farm, recycling) as well as educational and recreational trips.
